When the Rolex Sea-Dweller was first launched in 1967, it was at the forefront of watchmaking and pushed the barriers of how deep a functional and practical diver’s watch could go. Water-resistant to 1,220 metres and packed with all of Rolex’s latest innovations, this is a serious piece of kit.

Key features include black dial with Chromalight luminescent hour markers and hands, screw down trip-lock crown, helium escape valve, unidirectional rotatable Cerachrom bezel and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with cyclops lens over the date.

The watch comes fitted on an Oystersteel bracelet, a robust bracelet with both form and function. The bracelet is fitted with an Oysterlock clasp to prevent accidental opening and a Glidelock system that allows fine adjustments of the bracelet’s length without the need for any tools.

The Rolex manufacture calibre 3235 movement offers superlative performance and is Certified as a Swiss Chronometer by COSC. The movement features bi-directional automatic winding, Parachrom hairspring, Chronergy escapement, 70-hours power reserve, hacking seconds and quick-set date function.
