Rolex Daytona Cosmograph 40 mm “La Barrichello” Reference: DAYTONA “LA BARRICHELLO” STEEL

• • Movement: A heavily modified and open-worked Rolex Calibre 4130. Every part—down to the screws—is hand-beveled and refinished. It features a hand-made steel balance bridge (requiring 7 hours of labor alone) and a custom 21k gold rotor shaped like a car hubcap and coated in black ADLC. 
  • Dial: An asymmetrical, matte intense-black skeleton dial accented by hand-painted red-and-white arrow hands and an enlarged 12-hour counter. 
  • Bezel: A custom black ceramic bezel with the “Tachymeter” inscription hand-painted in vibrant white and red. 
  • Case & Hardware: A 40mm stainless steel case with a matte, brushed finish. The chronograph pushers and crown are treated with a sleek black Amorphous Diamond-Like Carbon (ADLC) coating. 
  • Power Reserve & Water Resistance: Maintains the original 72-hour power reserve and 100-meter depth rating. 
  • Strap Options: Equipped on either a re-finished stainless steel Oyster bracelet or a custom black rubber strap featuring a bold red central stripe.

Originally commissioned as a highly limited customization project for Barrichello, these aftermarket timepieces are independently modified by Artisans de Genève and are not officially manufactured or endorsed by Rolex.
