    1. Standard Delivery – Complimentary for Domestic Non-Wholesale Orders
      Standard Delivery is offered free of charge for all domestic orders not classified as wholesale.

    2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
      Orders dispatched via Standard Delivery are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment.
      Customers may view the estimated delivery date during the checkout process, prior to order confirmation.

    3. Shipping Charges for Multiple Quantities
      Please note that shipping charges are applied on a per-item basis, even when purchasing multiple units of the same product.

    4. Delivery Fee Structure
      Applicable shipping fees for both Standard and Fast Track delivery options, for retail and wholesale customers, are outlined in the Shipping Policy Table available on our website.

    What Happens After You Place an Order

     

    1. Order Allocation
      Upon confirmation, your order is automatically routed by the Manosa backend system to the nearest fulfillment center, based on product availability and delivery destination.

    2. Inventory Retrieval
      A fulfillment specialist (picker) locates and retrieves the item(s) from inventory.

    3. Order Packaging
      The product is then carefully packaged to ensure it meets quality and safety standards for shipping.

    4. Dispatch Preparation
      Depending on the selected shipping method, the packaged order is scheduled for dispatch and placed onto the appropriate delivery vehicle for shipment.

    Where Can I Find My Sales Receipt?

    We’ve made it easy for you to keep track of your purchases. As soon as your order is processed, a detailed sales receipt will land in your inbox—no digging required. Prefer to view it later? Simply log in to your account, head over to the "My Orders" section, and you’ll find all your order details and receipts neatly organized and ready to download whenever you need them.


    How Long Do I Have to Return an Order?

    Eligible products can be returned within the applicable return window if the following conditions apply:

    You may request a return if:

    If an issue is reported, we may schedule a technician visit through Manosa Home Services. Based on the technician’s report, we will process a refund or replacement, subject to our service terms.

     


     

    📋 3. Conditions for Return Approval

    Your return will be processed only if:

    ✅ The product was not damaged while in your possession
    ✅ The item matches what was originally shipped
    ✅ It is returned in its original condition, including:

    • 🏷️ MRP tag (intact)

    • 📦 Original box

    • 📖 User manual

    • 📃 Warranty card

    • 🔌 All included accessories

    ⚠️ Note: If returning an electronic device, ensure you remove all personal data. Manosa is not responsible for any data left on the device.

     


     

    🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items

    Products marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page cannot be returned, except if:

    ❌ The product is damaged
    ❌ The product is defective
    ❌ The wrong item was delivered

    In such cases, we will provide a full refund or replacement. We may arrange a pickup or verification before processing your request.

    🔁 Replacements are only possible if:

    • The same product is in stock with the same seller.

    💳 If not, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account within 7 working days of approval.
