How Do I Add a Gift Receipt to an Order?
To include a gift receipt with your order, please select the “Add Gift Receipt” option during the checkout process. This will ensure that the package does not display any pricing information, making it suitable for gifting. If the option is not available at checkout, it may not be supported for certain items or shipping methods.
What Happens After You Place an Order

Upon confirmation, your order is automatically routed by the Manosa backend system to the nearest fulfillment center, based on product availability and delivery destination.Inventory Retrieval
A fulfillment specialist (picker) locates and retrieves the item(s) from inventory.Order Packaging

Depending on the selected shipping method, the packaged order is scheduled for dispatch and placed onto the appropriate delivery vehicle for shipment.

Simply log in to your account, head over to the "My Orders" section, and you’ll find all your order details and receipts neatly organized and ready to download whenever you need them.
How Long Do I Have to Return an Order?
Eligible products can be returned within the applicable return window if the following conditions apply:
