1. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear and transparent framework for suppliers who wish to list their products on Manosa.shop at no initial listing cost. This initiative aims to encourage new vendors, startups, and small businesses to access the e-commerce marketplace with minimal barriers.
2. Scope
This policy applies to eligible suppliers who wish to list physical goods for sale on Manosa.shop under a Free Listing Model, where no upfront fees are charged for listing products on the platform.
3. Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a free product listing, suppliers must:
Be a legally registered business with a valid trade license.
Offer genuine, new, and sale-ready products that meet platform standards.
Accept and agree to Manosa.shop’s Supplier Terms & Conditions.
Be capable of fulfilling orders and maintaining consistent stock levels.
Comply with product safety, labeling, and packaging regulations.
4. What Is Included in Free Listing
Approved free listing suppliers receive:
50 product listings in approved categories
Visibility on Manosa.shop’s Vendor Pofile page, reguluer layout , and vaild to vendor single catgory page.
Access to the Vendor Portal for order and inventory management
Basic support from the Vendor Relations Team
No listing fees untill any subscription pack.
5. Exclusions
The Free Listing Model does not include the following (optional services may be charged):
Paid advertising or homepage placements
Product photography or content creation
Premium seller features (e.g., advanced analytics personal shop pages & layout & advance manosa filters , catagory,main market access.)
direct access to deal on your shop for city orders & city self delivery option.
6. Listing Process
Step 1: Application Submission
Interested vendors must complete the Free Listing Application Form available at:

Step 2: Review and Approval
The Vendor Management Team will review applications within 5-10 business days based on:
Product relevance and category demand

Operational readiness and fulfillment capability
Step 3: Catalog Setup
Upon approval, the supplier will:
Receive login credentials to the Vendor Portal
Upload product listings (including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, stock)
Agree to Manosa.shop's Sales Commission Terms (if applicable)
Step 4: Go Live
Products will go live on the platform within 48–72 hours after final verification.
7. Commission and Transaction Fees
While product listing is free, Manosa.shop may charge a commission 5% on each completed sale.
Commission rates will be communicated and agreed upon during onboarding.
No hidden fees will be charged without prior written agreement.

8. Product Compliance & Performance
All listed products must remain compliant with Manosa.shop quality standards.
Manosa.shop reserves the right to delist products that:
Receive frequent customer complaints
Violate legal or ethical guidelines
Are found to be counterfeit, expired, or unsafe
9. Termination or Suspension of Free Listing
Free listing status may be revoked if the supplier:
Violates platform policies or applicable laws
Fails to fulfill orders reliably
Misrepresents product information
Requests paid services without formal agreement
