Yes you receive same product that you see in product picture.
To get your sale invoice:
Go to your User Dashboard.
Navigate to the My Orders section.
Find and click on the relevant order.
Scroll down and click on “Download Invoice.”
Just go to Your Orders and mail us order id of the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We'll arrange logistic for pickup your item to the drop-off location, and you're done.
Note:
Items marked as "Out of Stock" may be restocked.
Restocking depends on:
• Current market demand
• Availability from manufacturers
Note:
Return items can be shipped through our provided logistics team.
Please allow 2–3 working days for our replacement and return service to be processed.
