Will I receive the same product that I see in the product picture?

Yes you receive same product that you see in product picture.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

To get your sale invoice:

  1. Go to your User Dashboard.

  2. Navigate to the My Orders section.

  3. Find and click on the relevant order.

  4. Scroll down and click on “Download Invoice.”

How can I return an item?

Just go to Your Orders and mail us order id of  the item you wish to return. Tell us why you want to return this item, then choose a drop-off location that supports label-free, box-free returns. We'll arrange logistic for pickup your  item to the drop-off location, and you're done.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Note:

  • Items marked as "Out of Stock" may be restocked.

  • Restocking depends on:
    • Current market demand
    • Availability from manufacturers

Where can I ship my order?

Note:

  • Return items can be shipped through our provided logistics team.

  • Please allow 2–3 working days for our replacement and return service to be processed.
