3. Our Stance on Replicas

4. Obligations of Sellers / Vendors

  2. Avoid misleading claims

    • Do not use terms like “replica,” “lookalike,” “imitation,” “fake,” or “clone” in a way that suggests the product is genuine.

    • Do not falsely represent or exaggerate features, materials, or origin.

  3. Comply with takedown requests

    • Cooperate promptly if Manosa.shop or a rights holder submits a removal request or complaint about a listed item.

    • Provide proof of authenticity when asked, or allow the listing to be removed.

  4. Bear liability

    • Accept that if violation is proven, Manosa.shop may suspend or terminate your seller account, withhold payments, delist items, or take legal action.

5. Rights & Actions of Manosa.shop

If a listing or product is suspected or confirmed to be counterfeit / replica, Manosa.shop reserves the right to:

  • Immediately remove or suspend the product listing.

  • Suspend or terminate the seller’s account.

  • Withhold or claw back payments or commissions.

  • Require the seller to destroy or return counterfeit inventory at seller’s cost.

  • Initiate legal or enforcement action if necessary.

  • Notify the rights holder or relevant legal authorities.

In case of a complaint by a rights holder, we will investigate diligently, and may require the seller to produce documentation validating authenticity.

6. Reporting & Grievance Mechanism

If you believe a product on Manosa.shop infringes your intellectual property rights, or is a counterfeit, you may submit a Takedown / Infringement Notice as follows:

  • Subject: “Infringement / Counterfeit Notice – Manosa.shop”

  • Required details (at minimum):

    1. Your name, address, contact info

    2. Description of the allegedly infringing item / listing (URL, product name, seller name)

    4. Evidence showing your ownership of that right

    5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the item is infringing

    6. Your signature (digital or physical)

Once a valid notice is received, Manosa.shop will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within 7 working days

  2. Review the complaint and the seller’s response

  3. If infringement appears credible and no satisfactory proof of authenticity is furnished, remove the listing within 15 working days

  4. Notify both the complainant and the seller of the action taken

7. Disclaimer & Limitation

  • Manosa.shop acts as an intermediary/platform and does not guarantee that all third‑party listings are free from infringement.

  • However, we commit to enforce this Policy, respond to complaints, and take down violations.

  • We are not responsible for punitive actions initiated by rights holders or legal authorities outside this platform’s jurisdiction.

8. Modification & Enforcement

  • Manosa.shop reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time, with changes published on the website.

  • Sellers and users agree to be bound by the latest version of this Policy as a condition of using Manosa.shop.
